The Development department is responsible for the further development of the fast-growing group, which includes the acquisition of new locations and properties as well as the expansion of the product range.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • support in the creation of relevant communication documents for the development department
  • will be responsible for exchanging closely with the marketing team and external cooperation partners regarding PR events, press enquiries and development events 
  • take care of brand building and maintenance in the area of digital business networks (creating postings, answering enquiries)
  • create presentations for our development department in accordance with our Tone of Voice and Ruby-standards
  • support the development team in the development of new products and concepts for the Ruby brand
  • will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of internal brainstorming workshops as well as exciting trend observations and research work
  • are an important interface between the Development and Marketing departments

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • looking for a practical placement for your mandatory internship or a working student position
  • ideally, already gained some experience in event management, marketing or public relations, but that would be a nice to have 😉
  • are convincing with your organizational skills
  • like to immerse yourself in new subject areas and have a knack for current trends 
  • a "digital native", have good MS Office skills and ideally an intuition for lifestyle brands and their further development
  • are able to think out of the box with your creative nature and are not afraid to pursue new ideas
  • conveying enthusiasm for the brand thanks to your warm, cordial and helpful charisma
  • business fluent in German and English
