Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • lead the team as shift leader and ensure a smooth running of the F&B and Rooms area as well as actively work in the service
  • take over training and coaching as well as the induction of new employees
  • take care of communication and information transfer within the team 
  • receive feedback from our guests and ensure quick and effective handling of issues 
  • provide our guests with insider tips and recommend your favorite hotspots of the city to them 
  • act as 'sparing partner' for the Head of Service as well as the Hotel Manager and support them in administrative tasks as well as in all topics related to the team

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • experience in a similar position, ideally in the lifestyle hotel industry
  • willing to work in shifts and to take over night shifts on a temporary basis 
  • confident, have a zest for life and are no stranger to humor 
  • enjoying dealing with international, demanding guests and have the ability to respond smartly to different guests and wishes 
  • a business fluent command of English and German
