Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • ensure a smooth service in all areas of the hotel
  • provide our guests with insider tips and recommend your favorite hotspots in the city
  • look after all guests according to the Ruby philosophy
  • prepare cocktails and other drinks and snacks with a few skillful moves
  • ensure the completeness and quality of our breakfast buffet
  • receive, monitor and store incoming goods
  • carry out training activities and best practices for the Ruby teams on site

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • experience in the area of service and reception ideally in the lifestyle hospitality or similar
  • eager to share your experience and live the Ruby spirit
  • willing to work in shifts and to take over night shifts on a temporary basis
  • confident, have a zest for life and are no stranger to humor
  • passionate about travelling (a lot) and your working location can be flexible
  • excited to deal with international, demanding guests and have the ability to respond smartly to different guests and wishes
  • have a business fluent command of English and German
