  • actively work in the service department, lead the team as a shift leader and ensure smooth operations
  • ensure compliance with service, quality and hygiene standards
  • take over training and coaching as well as the induction of new employees
  • take care of communication and information transfer within the team
  • receive feedback from our guests and ensure quick and effective handling of issues
  • provide our guests with insider tips and recommend your favourite hotspots of the city to them

  • some experience in a similar position  
  • a confident, sincere manner as well as a passionate attitude
  • the ability to multitask and learn quick
  • proficient written & spoken German and English skills
  • high personal commitment and loyality
  • dependability and composure
  • professional training in Hospitality Management or similar would be a nice to have
